Tax Preparation Courses is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be requested and the process for obtaining them. This policy complies with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Once a refund is processed, your access to the course will be immediately terminated. You will not be able to access any course materials, and any completion documentation issued will be considered void.
Courses purchased at promotional or discounted prices are subject to the same refund policy. Refunds will be calculated based on the price actually paid, not the regular course price.
Refunds for group or corporate enrollments may be subject to different terms as outlined in the specific agreement. Please refer to your enrollment contract or contact us for details.
