2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your course enrollment within 14 calendar days of purchase without providing a reason. This is known as the "cooling-off period."

2.1 Conditions for Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of enrollment
  • You have accessed less than 25% of the course content
  • You have not completed any course assessments
  • You have not downloaded completion documentation

2.2 Partial Refund During Cooling-Off Period

If you have accessed more than 25% of course content within the 14-day period, you may be eligible for a partial refund calculated as:

Refund Amount = Course Price × (100% - Percentage of Content Accessed)

3. Refunds After 14 Days

After the 14-day cooling-off period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

3.1 Technical Issues

If technical problems prevent you from accessing course content and we cannot resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

3.2 Course Quality Issues

If course content materially differs from what was described at the time of purchase, we will either:

  • Rectify the issues
  • Provide alternative content
  • Offer a full refund

3.3 Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds for exceptional circumstances such as serious illness, bereavement, or other significant life events. Documentation may be required.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • You have completed the course or accessed more than 75% of content
  • You have received completion documentation
  • More than 60 days have passed since enrollment
  • You violated our Terms and Conditions
  • You changed your mind after using substantial course content
  • You found alternative courses elsewhere
  • You did not have time to complete the course (beyond access period)

5. How to Request a Refund

Step 2: Include the following information:

  • Your full name and email address used for enrollment
  • Course name and enrollment date
  • Reason for refund request
  • Order/invoice number (if available)

Step 3: We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days

Step 4: We will review your request and respond within 7 business days

6. Refund Processing

6.1 Approval: If your refund is approved, we will process it within 14 calendar days of approval.

6.2 Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

6.3 Timing: The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider, typically 5-10 business days.

6.4 Confirmation: You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

7. Course Access After Refund

Once a refund is processed, your access to the course will be immediately terminated. You will not be able to access any course materials, and any completion documentation issued will be considered void.

8. Promotional and Discounted Purchases

Courses purchased at promotional or discounted prices are subject to the same refund policy. Refunds will be calculated based on the price actually paid, not the regular course price.

9. Group or Corporate Enrollments

Refunds for group or corporate enrollments may be subject to different terms as outlined in the specific agreement. Please refer to your enrollment contract or contact us for details.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our response to your refund request, you may:

  • Request escalation to a senior team member
  • Use alternative dispute resolution services

11. Changes to This Policy
